What’s one thing on your desk (or in your bag) that tells us about you?
I have a space heater under my desk that is usually always on. Even in the middle of summer, I am freezing!

What’s something you’re great at that has nothing to do with work?
My desk would suggest otherwise, but I’m really good at organizing and “editing” spaces.

What’s your go-to karaoke song?
“Bye Bye Bye” by *NSYNC or “Wannabe” by Spice Girls

What makes you proud to come to work here every day?
I love that we’re truly “people helping people”! I am proud to be part of an organization that puts community first and is genuinely invested in helping our members thrive, grow, and succeed.

What’s one thing on your desk (or in your bag) that tells us about you?
If you saw my desk you'd know right away how important my family is to me. My wife, my son, and even our two sweet dogs occupy pretty much all the picture frames. The few other frames contain golf awards, it's a sport I love, even if sometimes it doesn't love me back. But those bad rounds are what keep me playing and striving to improve. Plus, we need to take every opportunity possible too enjoy the warm Minnesota weather while it lasts.

What’s something you’re great at that has nothing to do with work?
I grew up in a family that owned a construction business. So, I enjoy carpentry and woodworking, working with all sorts of tools, tackling projects around the house whenever possible.

What’s your go-to karaoke song?
I enjoy watching others trying to sing karaoke way more than performing it myself, but if the occasion arose, I'd probably vote for a group sing of Sweet Caroline!

What makes you proud to come to work here every day?
The friendly people! Always so wonderful visiting and interacting with everyone we serve here at Leading Edge.

My planner- I am someone who likes to stay organized and I track everything through my planner.

What’s something you’re great at that has nothing to do with work?
I'm great at bringing people together- whether that's planning gatherings or trips or making sure everyone feels included.

I don't have a go-to song, but I'm very committed to backup vocals from my seat!

What makes you proud to come to work here every day?
Even in my first week here, I've really enjoyed seeing how member-focused everything is. It's clear that decisions are made with long-term relationships in mind and that's something I value. The colleagues I have met have been wonderful, supportive, and a wealth of information.
